Cooper, like many of us, have found himself bored in class. He had a serious doodling technique with a huge, expansive writing skill. Based on these two things, Cooper has found himself amerced in the world of comics. Cooper has created many cartoons such as The TOLTTALLY Obnoxious Adventures Of TIM and many more for you to enjoy.
